p30 lite nightmare

I had bought a phone last year October at Makro Alberton, 5 months down the line the phone dies, i took it back to Makro with all its original packaging then i was advised to take the phone t Vodacom repairs Alberton, they took my phone for a week then they sent me an sms telling me that my phone has been exchanged. i collected the phone and i was advised that if it gives me problems i should send to hauwei and not bring it back to them. when I got home the phone did not read my sim card so I contacted hauwei center via email to inform them that I don't want the phone anymore then i was not helped at all as at I was told to take the phone back to Makro but i explained that the phone had a new IME number so its not the original phone i bought at Makro anymore,then i was told to send it to hauwei centre and i informed them that i stay in Alberton then I was told to request for the phone to be collected via some website link.

I'm very unhappy with the quality of this phone and for the price I paid its really a reap off i not sure if all P30 lites are demo phones or what as for the stuff of their customer service is worse they don't offer any help at all. Im now stucked with a phone I don't want not even sure where to take it between, Menly, Vodacom and Makro.
