Official Twitter page sending out **** messages

I was ****med via an official online page and I have lost complete and utter trust in this brand. I have done everything in my power to escalate this and contact the head of marketing in South Africa to understand what is going on. I have received official messages via the page and another official page and I am getting DUPED badly. Need assistance form the OFFICIAL marketing team-thank you
