Not paying out consultants money

We as consultants have been working hard selling the new Huawei devices and promise of payments were made to us about a month ago already it is now two and a half months for me and the mission control consultants are unhelpful and rude and cannot say when the payments will be made and now they just don't answer the phones what call centre has a voice mail and since when is 12:00 PM not office hours, they are getting paid to ignore our calls so we wont be selling your devices anymore while other people are receiving phones we are receiving NOTHING!
