NOT HAPPY WITH HUAWRI SERVICE IN MIDRAND

My Huawei P10 Plus - crashed LCD screen on the 16th April 2018. I took it to MTN Elridge Mall in Boksburg on the 17th April.

Till today I have not received my phone back. That's a contract phone I took last year Nov

Huawei rep collected the phone from MTN Elridge on the 19th April 2018

When I go the shop to check up still the rep has not delivered. I went there again on the 05th May. The Huawei rep was called/contacted but did not pick up

Please assist as I need my phone
