Not happy at all.

<p>I wanted to get my phone's bootloader unlocked, I am extremely IT literate, so I set about doing it myself, I followed the instructions on the internet, and I went to the Huawei unlocking website, and I submitted all the necessary details, only to get an error message upon submitting, I tried probably an upwards of 20 times, only to get an error each time, I was advised to contact Huawei's Technical support, as others had, and they apparantly had got the unlock code sent via email, only to for them to tell me to take the phone to the Huawei Branch, as for security reasons they couldn't send the unlock code via Email. I took myself into the Huawei Branch into Canal Walk, only to be told that they don't deal with rooting, bootloader unlocking, or anything that voids the warranty, I stay quite a distance from the branch, and I wasted, the effort, time, and energy, and NOTHING could be done. I emailed Huawei customer support again, only for them to say the matter had been esculated to their mananger, and feedback would be given, that was on Thursday already, and I have heard NOTHING since. <br /><br />Shocking service to say the least. </p>
