Not complying wth CPA

Still have not refunded me I took the phone back the same day on perfect condition, box everything was perfect...the staff/ladies child (Ash)drew with ink all over the box when they tried to show me how it works with gbox and Google, in the end my Google services was still not working....got a call they will refund me but charge me twenty percent penalty caused the outside plastic was broken???? ******* OS and pathetic service...Ur kid caused more damage then the cellophane wrapped being removed...and I lose a thousand rand ???? Don't buy Hauwei
