Non existant service or honour from Huawei

Incredible inept and disgraceful service from Huawei service center in the form of the big talking but useless promises and backup from Mr Stephan Senekal, ( Regional manager Western Cape) Your word and service is dispicable and you should be ashamed of having your job description as well as receiving a salary for whatever you call service. Took this man 21 days to get permission to replace a P20 Huawei screen and then returned it to Mr Rossouw still broken, Huawei and Mr Senekal, your service stink.
