No Technicians in the main service centre

<p>I Went to the main service centre yesterday to repair my new P10 Plus that i have only for a month and when i got there the shop was at a complete stand still because they didnt have any technicians which i dont understand since i did my reserch before going there and was advised by the call centre agent that it will take 7 days at the service centre and 21 days if i should do it through a network provider, yet when i got there yesterday they told me that it would take 21 days because they need to send it to another service centre as they will not have any technicians for the next month, now im new to hauwei and doubted the brand and yet kept an open mind but if only to repair my phone is such an inconvience than i dont see the point of all the fuss about the brand now the phone is great but the fact that it cracked after only one fall is not impressive. feeling very regretful!!</p>
