No stock

I am really disappointed with Huawei service and products, i have a mate 20 pro phone and i am trying to change battery at Huawei by Melrose Arch, they actually never have battery for my phone, i went last year to replace battery but they said i'll have to buy battery with screen which will be R.5000.00, i didnt changed it i was hoping that they would have stock by now, when i called they said they dont have battery they have with LCD which will be around R.5000.00, i am really disappointed with Huawei service, i'll have to change my product from Huawei to other company. Huawei have disappointed me.
