no service / possible theft of cell phone...........

What a total useless company Huawei Support & repairs!!!!! After one month of patience & correspondence with Huawei I'm losing it........ - they collected my childs cellphone, but up to now have not responded on any call on where the phone is in the process of repairs!!!!! They just tell me it does not help they escalate the matter because nobody comes back to them - The call centre (Antonio Silva, Lindi, Tandele, Bongani Dlamini...... ) just promise me everyday they will come back to me - I have ref numbers, but nobody of authority to report it to because the supervisors / floor managers are just as bad as the rest! They dont know where the phone is and also dont care - There excuse is they cant talk to the repair team!!!!!!!
