No service at the Huawei Canal Walk repair centre

The Huawei canal walk shop/ repair centre has had my GT3 watch since the 28 August 2022, that's over a month now. My phone is under warranty but the store has sent me a quote to repair the phone as it is the second time I took it in for water damage, I disputed this and they have escalated it. Mario Bohardien the store manager said he would assist me and all started off well but I have not heard from Mario in over two weeks. I've lost my patience. I even asked for a damaged report to see if my insurance will cover it and have got sweet nothing from the repair centre. This service is unacceptable and I will no longer support Huawei in the future!
