No service at all from Huawei and dishonesty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Till now nobody has contacted me about my cellular phone that they broke the back cover and want me to pay for it since last year after I have been to there store at Century city last week where I wanted to collect my phone . No service at all !!!!! Be careful to buy a Huawei if there is no service and so much dishonesty with them !!!!!!
