no service

Good afternoon. I gave in my sons huwai p9 phone in December at mtn rustenburg for repair. They send it to the repair/exchange centre . They got an email back from the repair/exchange centre that the phone has habdset was approved for exchange. I have been trying to find out from the repair/exchanged centre what is going on, because it is more that a month now, and every time they tell a different story. This is very bad customer service and still my son as no phone because they keep on telling a different story or put you through from one person to another. they are *********** to do their work or just dont care. MTN in rustemburg received feedback and Huwai say they do mot know anthing. I have been promised that i will be called back, but no one has contacted me . Please can i have some help.
