NO PAYMENT FOR WORK COMPLETED!

My company Veralli Trading CC ***, recently did fibre installation work in the Rooihuiskraal region in Centurion for Com Service Solutions (CCS) which Huawei have appointed to do work for them. The work began in March this year and ended in late June. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR THIS WORK! Originally the work done was valued at around R500 000-00 worth of work done and after 6 weeks of struggling to get the work signed off we were eventually bul**** into settling for R346 000-00 otherwise "we will not pay". It has been 3 months since the last invoice was signed off and until this day we have not been paid. Numerous amounts of phone calls, meetings and emails have gone back and forth and all we get told is that China office authorizes payments, its not Huawei's fault speak to CCS or its not CCS's fault its Huawei then the final straw was the "We cannot pay you because it is Chinese holiday" (1st October to 8th October) it is South Africa and I am a black aspiring businessman trying to grow my business but now I am being bul**** and taking for a ride! This is causing massive cash flow problems for my company resulting in me having to turn down other business opportunities. All I want it to be paid!
