No more Huawei

I'm very dissatisfied with the Huawei Nova 11i. I've been believing in Huawei for many years. Even with cracked screens they still work. But seriously, this phone is ****. It's a brand new phone, only started using it in January 2024, When I'm in apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, or Banking Apps, the phone blackouts, the screen turns black, do not want to reset, no answer to calls, can't lock. I then struggle for about 5 minutes just to get the phone to work again. I use it for private and business purposes. I can't believe that I struggle this much. Please discontinue this model, or assist your customers as needed. Never will I buy a Huawei for me or my kids, as this is the only brand that we have used for the last 10 years....
