No free screen repair!

I’m very disappointed in the service received from Hauwei with regards the screen repairs.

The responses are prompt which are great but when I had a situation regarding wanting to claim my free screen repair there was a major issue. I app**** twice within the time frame of receiving a free repair... unfortunately I only discovered the terms and conditions email in my spam folder after the expired date. Which is why I kept applying.

I was told that because the email was sent on their side that there is no way for me to receive the repair. Which is why I’m upset because there was no follow up to see if I received the emails and why I hadn’t responded. The email went to my spam folder and I therefore only saw it after the expiry date:

I sent the phone in for a quote and the quote came back around R3500 which is ridiculously expensive. I really hope that this can be rectified and that I can receive my free repair.
