No free gift

They advertise in their vodacom booklet that if you upgrade to p30 you get the watch and charger as a gift i upgraded on the 1 of may. Then when i tried to claim my gifts the site said sorry non available. But on the add it doesnt say the first 6000. So i went back to the store and asked the guy at vodacom to help me he said sorry he cant do anything the first 6000. But no one told me that and huawei didnt say it on the special. I am very dissapointed at vodacom and huawei.
