NO FEEDBACK AND TURNAROUND TIME LAPSE

i sent my phone in for repairs, they never told me turnaround time. only when i called on 5th day i was told turnaround time 21 days. i had to call everytym to get feedback they dont communicate with their customers, its like ur device went into black hole of silence. its day 19 and wen i last called. as parts were meant to be delivered but only half the part were delivered. how is this my fault. the issue with phone is manufacturing error. a common failure of the product all over the internet and they are well aware of this yet its taking forever to fix. why am i suffering? its ridiculous, imei number is: ********** ********** 1,i still have my phone under warranty till 06/2018 but its like they doing me huge favour fixing a factory defect?
