NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - REPLIES!!!! I have submitted a full report on a phone that was ******. as from 21/01/2021 I have not received one phone call or an human email from anyone regarding the state of my claim!!

this is really NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And what do you expect that i still pay my phone and insurance and get nothing out of you??
