no batteries available

Huawei Mobile Wifi no Batteries available How is it possible that one needs to hand in the whole device in to the service center to obtain a battery. Surely this is not acceptable, especially if you only have one service center in the whole of Gauteng. These batteries should be made available at the retail stores that the items are bought or at least one should be able to put in a order. had i know that this was the case i would have never bought this device, due to the inconvenience it is causing and the down time i have been experiencing. Huawei you need to get your act in order this type of service is not acceptable and is unprofessional. tony
