No assistance for Cancelation of insurance

Hi I made a claim and for some lowsy reasons my claim was unsuccessful which not what we agreed on when I took the cover. I requested they cancel the insurance since it's useless and wasting my money for nothing and they said they're busy they would call me back yesterday and now when I call I can't get through. They don't want to assist when you want yo cancel so they can keep exploiting money from paying customers for nothing
