Next Level Support - 3x Thumbs up!!

<p>I recently tried upgrading the Android OS on my Mate 9 L09 device which lead to me sending my device in for repairs and having the mainboard and screen replaced. When I received my handset back, ONLY A WEEK LATER, it came with the standard Honecomb ROM installed and because I still wanted to upgrade the OS to take advantage of the new features, I got in touch with Huawei support online and on Facebook.<br /><br />On both formats I received immediate informative responses and ultimately ended up upgrading my handset's OS to Marshmallow this weekend.<br /><br />I don't know the names of all the guys who supported me, but Tertius Fourie responded to multiple questions of mine via e-mail. Always in a friendly, honest and informative manner. THANK YOU!<br /><br />Not only do you receive value for your money when you buy one of their devices, but also excellent after sales support.
