Never Pay Huawei Product again

I bought Huawei Nova 9, last month. I want to download my Capitec App, it gives me all sort of problem. I went to the bank, the bank teller could not help me with my problem, they were saying it the HUAWEI Phones they have Problems. so, I spoke to the HUAWEI agent in my area. She also could not help me; she escalated the issue with HUAWEI. In this day of technology, I must go the ATM to check my Balance. Please I need help HUAWEI.
