Never order on Huawei online

Last month I ordered a Power Bank on Huawei online and I was advised that I will get my order with 7 days it's been more than 1 month now and my order has not arrived and I call almost every day but they promise to help and no one does. I have never received such pathetic service before and I did not expect to receive it from these big Companies like Huawei as planning to buy a Huawei P40 pro but this kind of service made me think otherwise because that phone doesn't even support Google.
