Never never buy this Huwei product

Did a upgrade on my watch as requested by Huwei just after the upgrade my screen went blank took the Watch GT to Melrose repair center they tell me they need the box as the serial number is on the box i dont have the box how can this company not put a serial number on the watch and if i had the serial number how will they know that this watch came out of that box with Pulsar never had this problem this company should be chased out of our country in South Africa like Trump did in the USA its time they go ,now i sit with a watch that doesn't work that is under warranty this is all Huwei fault i will never buy this product again
