Never heard back

I dropped off my phone at Huawei store in Melrose on the 20th of August this year. I was told it will take 2 weeks to get back to me on whether my phone can be repaired or not. According to my contract my phone is still under warranty. I am so tired of waiting for a call. It's now October and still no feedback. So done with Huawei
