Never buying hauwei phone again

According to me they don't deserve a star. I called the hauwei contact center, they referred to me to an agent. This lady Nthabiseng has been giving me the run around, I've explained & even the times I'm available. She doesn't honor our appointments & calls at the time whereby am already home. This is a poor service I've received & am opting not to buy a Huawei phone again.
