Never buy huawei phones

My stuff disappears after being backed up on cloud. After noticing this, I went to the PMB mall and they told me that I'm the first one to report this, they have never had this problem, maybe my kids are deleting my pictures and videos. I disabled back up and able it again in front of them and the same thing happened. They told me to go to Cornubia Mall for assistance. Mind you, that's more than 100km away. So I just let it go.

Now I want to give this phone to my nephew so I reset the phone. It now says the chip is damaged, no one know what chip or how to set up the phone. Again in PMB they tell me to go to Cornubia Mall or go back to where I bought the phone. Why?

This is so frustrating and they never know anything, they don't even bother to consult with other technicians for assistance. Everyone gets dismissed and they don't care.

I'm so frustrated and I regret buying this phone. I have to drive more than 50km to them and they can never assist, instead they tell me to drive even further, not even sure that I'll be assisted there. Buying this phone was the worst decision ever
