14 May 2023, 18:39 NEVER EVER AGAIN MTN AND HUAWEI. What a FRUSTRATION! I recently upgraded my contract and have met with only regret, frustration and a grudge purchase. I took 2 huawei nova 9se phones under the contract. Although the sales person (Xolani) is a pleasant person, he gave me just bad service. To add insult to injury, when I requested that he takes up my complaint with his manager, he instead encouraged me to call the call center. That I've tried, but every time I call the 135 number it tells me I've reached the emergency 112 number. I also tried reaching out to huawei. First their clearwater store, they couldn't help bad referred me to melrose arch. There they asked I leave the phones which I cannot as I use mine for work and my wife has to be contactable all the time foe personal reasons. Today, out of desperation, I called huawei call center,Josephine assisted me and promised to call back. She hasn't for the whole day. After being an mtn client for a very long time, I feel hard done by and stuck with products and secrvice which I cannot use for the intended purpose whislt I'm paying for then. Most if not all my complaints are brought about by matters not cleared with me at the point of purschase i.e that huawei isn't supported by MS products and apps anymore. That's a HUGE PROBLEM for me.
