Need my phone back please

on the 25th of November 2017, I took my phone to Huawei repair centre in Melrose Arch for repairs and to date it is still not ready for collection. I received a call from Charmaine Mapping on the 13th of December 2017, she hinted that my phone is missing. she then asked I send her my job card which I did. To date, she has not come back to me and I tried calling her and email her.

Today, I phoned the Melrose outlet and spoke to Mimi and she cant find my phone also. she has also asked for the job card.

I need my phone back please.
