My phone was collect...

My phone was collected for repairs at the Huawei Cornubia Durban, and after repairing the screen for a month, and i had to phone weekly to check up on when the phone will be returned, and i haf to deal with their ***********, rude agents.... On Wednesday when i the phone was delivered, it was only an empty box that was delivered... Till today the store is still not coning back to me on where my phone is, they keep on saying they are investigating.
