Mtn and Huawei promotion failure
<p>I upgraded my contract in May and was promised a Huawei P10 with a tablet and R1000 Woolworths voucher. I received my phone and tablet on the day but not my voucher. I have contacted Dhiren from Huawei several times. He refuses to take my calls or assist me. Is this the customer service one should expect from Huawei? </p>
Dhiren from Huawei called me and now the issue is sorted. I just wish the people at the top would do their jobs properly so that the guys at lower level don't get all the irate customers to deal with. Thanks Dhiren for all your assistance and patience with me
