Mtn and huawei failure to deliver

<p>I recently upgraded my contract in May with Mtn direct store in Gateway. I upgraded to a huawei p10 which included a huawei 7" tab and a R1000 shopping voucher. I did receive my phone and tablet on the day of my upgrade but the voucher was supposed to be issued to me by the end of june, till date i have not received my voucher.</p> <p>I have been to the mtn store and also spoken to huawei representatives but they have failed to get back to me with an explanation to why i have not received my voucher. I did not expect this from Mtn and Huawei which i held in high regards.</p> <p>I did not expect such bad service!</p>
