Misrepresentation of phone specs

I received a Huawei p9 lite from MTN Cresta in Johannesburg in August 2016. I was specifically looking for a mobile with fast charge. When I initially chose the phone I was reassured that the phone featured both fast charging and and came with a fast charger. The phone however did not have that spec and did not come with the charger. After taking this up with MTN they maintained that due to the Huawei promoter giving me the false information, I would have to take the matter up with Huawei. I was then put in contact with the senior manager for the area of Huawei, who took a week to contact me from the time my contact details were given to him. After arranging to fetch the phone, he again delayed the actual pick up by a few days. He then took the phone for testing although he knew the phone the did feature fast charging as he thought by giving me a different charger with higher voltage it would work similar to that of a fast charge. He then tested it himself and told me it charges much faster than before. He arranged to drop off the phone but didnt pitch up without a phone call, and the following day blaming it on the weather. Without consulting with me, he dropped the device off with the promoter at the MTN in Cresta, after which she phoned me and told me to pick it up. The senior manager did not so much as call me to let me know the phone is there or if I was happy with it. After receiving the phone I tested it and it still charged slowly after following his instructions. I then sent him screen shots to prove the slow charge and asked for his regional manager to contact me. This was at the end of November 2016 and as of today I have not heard from either of them. I think it is disgusting for senior staff of a company such as Huawei to respond to a matter like this in such a way, as it seems they only care about pre-sales treatment and once the purchase is made minimal effort is shown to keep a consumer happy.
