Misleading Advertising by Huawei Technologies

I think the Huawei marketing team is using misleading/False promotions on their South African website to attract consumers to their website. I saw the "Better Together 2021" offer which states up to 60% off but I could not click the banner to select items to get the discount. I decided to get help from the online chat assistant but the assistant was unable to share any item offered at 60% off or any items together. The assistant could not even find any terms and conditions for this offer. I wasted 45 minutes of morning time trying to avail the discount but the transcript of the chat will show how inept their assistants are.
