Misleading

Huawei customer service is pathetic i sent my phone for repair to cornubia branch during a promotion and paid in cash not only did my phone come back 4 days late they also **** just to get me to p repaire the phone i feel cheated and mislead customer service said my complaint is flagged urgent n i will be called its been more than a week and im still waiting for that call taking huawei up to give them a lesson for the ***** and cheats they are.....
