Menlyn Store_Worst customer service.

Took in my phone for a cracked screen (15th December )and my phone is still not fixed; to date.

The lady (no name tags so i don't know her name) that registered my phone for repairs since promised to call and update me but have not received any feedback from them.

The contact number on the website does not exist so the only way to get feedbacK is to literally go into the store only to be told"your phone is not ready yet"

So I went in AGAIN lastweek and finally decided to complain and was advised that they gave a list of all clients on the waiting list to one of the consultants to call and provide feedback. Turns out everyone was contacted except me;ofcourse.

Close to a month later I still don't have my phone fixed. I have no idea what the hold up is and have no idea when I will get my phone back.

Very poor service. Unimpressed.
