Bought cash 8k a Nova 9 Se last year but now I'm busy going up and down pushing this guy's to update me they say they will call but nothing happens was once fixed with the same problem march but after a month gave the same problem mic n loudspeaker ain't working last week I went they said it fixed n tried it out still gives the same problem management said he will give it priority n fetched the parts n I should come Friday it will b fixed so I call for update the staff keep saying they will get back to me hours goes by I call I again I get nothing so I went the in person they come up with different stories now they say they can't fix the problem they replace the mother board n the manager is not available to talk worst part everytym I get an email saying fone is ready for collection I get the nothing has happened fone ain't ready 3 tyms I drove the n they saying it's a miss communication sad part is first tym it went for fixing they spoiled my back cover now it's worse so I took the fone as is since they don't hve good service I even regret using this brand fone I bought 8k cash doesn't hve a year but being fixed twice n not resolved bad quality n bad service a full month without a fone n all they do is stories n emails saying it's resolved but nothing so now I hve to use headsets for calls n video calls everytime
