My mobile camera had a problem for quite some time. After many frustrating months I went to see Jacques Lottering at the Huawei Menlyn store. What a heart warming experience to work with someone that has skills, is technically competent and has integrity. He sorted the issue in a professional way passionate about his job and the reputation of Huawei. I trust that Huawei Management appreciates this gemstone of an individual.
