Menlyn huawei Service Centre

Actually a 0 Star rating from my side. I rushed all the way from Johannesburg to the shopping centre to make it in time for the Huawei service days, only to be told by the lady, that the screen replacement cost of my device would be a thousand and some odd rand..this is after I confirmed with 2 people that it was going to be 256 (ex vat)...Due to the cost, I opted not to book in my device. I later contacted online support to confirm the price..and Guess what ? It was 256.41....So I basically lost out on booking in my phone for the Service days promo...I tried to call them today after speaking to Support centre.(so I could speak to her manager )..and no one answering the phone...Thanks to the lady..that gave me the wrong price... I have to wait another month for my screen to repaired under the service days...unacceptable....considering I waited a whole month of this....
