Melrose Arch Service Centre - Worst Service

<p>A driver handed my phone in to Melrose Arch Service Centre last week Monday - a WEEK ago. They told him they would have an assessment quote to us by close of business on Monday. I AM STILL WAITING!!!!</p> <p>I cannot believe such a big brand would use such useless service centres for their after sales support. I will never in my life again purchase a Huawei product and I will tell everybody i meet how lousy the after sales support is. I am absolutely disgusted that one week later they still cant even give me a simple quote. </p> <p>SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!! </p>
