Melrose Arch Service Centre Hauwei Repair gone horribly wrong

The most below par level of service you could ever receive...they lost my phone, I brought the phone in on the 4th of November, it is the 27th of November today and my phone is no where to be found. The people in this store are pathetic, I came to the store Melrose Arch Hauwei service centre on the 27th to check the phone they told me they can't find it, I waited and waited for them to look for it they then eventually found it unfixed, the told me phone will be fixed by end of the day the 27th, I decided it's fine I'll come on the 28th to collect, when I get here I'm being told they have not found my phone meaning it has not been fixed...I got here at 9:15, its 9:58 and they still have not given me my phone...what **** service is this....the Worst service provider to have existed. Samsung fixes a phone within a day and this stupid service provider takes 3weeks and loses people's phones in the process... .I'm sooo appalled by this,
