Melrose Arch Huawei service is pathetic

They don't deserve any star, booked phone in for the 699 special they have, phone comes back with fingerprint scanner not working, 2 days later screen just goes black but phone is on, Melrose Arch says it is 3 months warranty for the screen, but it is not even a week yet since I got the phone back. I am utterly shocked by the fact that I'm told I need to pay again for another screen. Why is it that we are always being taken advantage of, is it because of race? I'm very disappointed in the service I have received, when wanting to speak to a manager, he is in hospital, unbelievable!!! Melrose Arch, I am really disappointed.
