Melrose Arch branch poor customer service

We went to Huawei in Melrose Arch to have a phone booked in. What a mess! There is no ticketing system, it is very unclear where the queue is, none of the staff in the floor showed any willingness to assist, the queue (once we identified it) moved at a snail's pace. The system was down. We still don't know when the phone will be fixed.
