Mate 20 pro stops charge.

Hi Huawei My new mate 20 pro that's just 11days old just stopped charging. When holding the device in a certain position the phone then chargers for a few seconds. I have only charged the device with my original charger. Il be heading to the Melrose arch service center hoping to get the device sorted, today. This only occurred the morning of the 2rd of Jan 2019 I've used Huawei from p8 series - p20. i've never experienced this ever. This is a premium device for this to happen disappoints me.

I expect some type of compensation. For this inconvenience.
