LIES

I have upgraded my contract at vodacom. on the day of my upgrade I was told that the phone comes with a free screen replacement if it is under a year. I then went in to vodacom to request that service. I was then told that it did have it on but was removed I then phoned hauwei and they also confirmed that it was removed. I was then informed that I can do it on my insurance. Then the insurance told me that I can choose a phone to the value of R7000 as that was what was available. I was told my phone of over R15000 was never activated on my contract. Why was I told it had that service and then when it is needed is gone. And why have insurance if it was never corrected. I feel that I have been **** to just to get a sale. I will surely start cancelling my contracts as I Have 4 of them at vodacom and take my contracts elsewhere.
