Legal Action

Good day

I had booked in my Y9 PRIME 2019 IMEI *** in for the LCD to be repaired at the HUAWEI CENTRE located in the Cornubia Mall in Umhlanga Durban and today 17/01/2020 the phone had been couried to me by the store at my work place with the back camera shattered completely. I am extremely Dissapointed and frustrated with such incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I intend on involving my legal advisers on this matter as well report the store to the greatest lengths possible if my matter is not escalated and resolved at the total cost of Huawei immediately.
