Lack of training - poor customer service in store

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p>about 3months ago i bought my mom a Huawei phone as a prepaid - since the day we got the phone she's been having issues with opening photos and videos being sent to her - we've been to the Huawei store in East Rand Mall Boksburg and NONE of the so called "qualified" staff could assist my mom. i think before opening a store lilke Huawei MAYBE send your staff for proper training first. The gentleman we spoke to said to my mom who is a pensioner he cant help her she must go to Rosebank - how pathetic do you get - why not just ask a colleague to see if they cant assist.. We always make sure that my mom has got Data available on her phone so she can whatsapp or phone - but for downloading \ receiving photo's and so forth that is causing alot of issues.</p> <p>PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVISE OR ASSIST.</p>
