lack of conmunication

<p>Good Day i have since taken out a phone contract from a jwelere store by the name of sterns .the phone was a factry fault as it kept on overheating we then since sent it back to MTN as we bught it under that ISP they didnt come right with it so they have then sent it to HUAWEI repare center and till now they say they are buys waiting for the phones parts ll this procedure has taken over 3 months with me bieng phoneless my question why this long and why im i paying for something thats buys loosing value thats not in my position as we speak.im kindly asking for help on this cause its been too long now.</p>
