lack of comunication and inefficient staff and manager

i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from Huawei Their after sale service is ****, i am very angry i brought my mate 9 to their service center in Melrose Arch on the 29th July 2017 and its now 13-09-2017 and still nothing i have been at their center several times and they have been promising to give feedback but nothing happens even the manager in the store promised to give me feedback and nothing still, on saturday they gave me a loan phone that doesnt work i returned it and they promised to courier another one but they did ****en nothing as always. Huawei is **** i regret why didnt i just stick to Samsung huawei is full of ****, i will be going to their centre tomorrow and it wont end nicely. n***a
